The Buffalo MicroStation™ Internal SATA Solid State Disk Drives (SSD)(SHD-NSUH) with USB port upgrades your computer to give you better performance, faster response times, and greater durability than traditional hard drives. As SSD drives have no moving parts, they are silent and more robust than hard drives, making them extremely reliable storage solutions for laptops and netbooks. Upgrading to a SSD is easy as the MicroStation™ Internal SATA SSD comes with an industry standard 2.5-inch Chassis, similar to a 2.5” HDD.

Enhanced drive performance

The Buffalo MicroStation™ Internal SATA SSD is bundled with the Buffalo Tools suite of complimentary software offering enhancements such as TurboPC and TurboCopy to increase the drives’ file transfer speed and copy performance.

Fast Read/Write speeds

The MicroStation™ Internal SATA SSD comes in four capacities and a wide range of read/write speeds. With a 64MB DRAM cache, drive performance can reach 80MB/s write speeds and 240MB/s read speeds for the 32GB model. For the 256GB model, it can reach up to 240MB/s read and 185MB/s write speeds.
