SWEDEN - Portabel DVD från Buffalo Technology är det perfekta komplementet till den bärbara datorn

Kompakt, lätt och snygg – Buffalo Technology lanserar en portabel DVD MultiDrive som alltid är lätt att ta med sig.
Stockholm den 4 maj 2009 – Buffalo Portable DVD MultiDrive är en ny bärbar extern DVD-enhet från Buffalo Technology. Enheten, som både är en läsare och brännare, är ett perfekt tillbehör för mindre bärbara datorer utan inbyggd DVD-enhet och särskilt tänkt för den växande skaran av netbook-användare. Den lilla storleken och låga vikten på 0.34 Kg gör den perfekt att ha med sig i väskan och elförsörjningen sker genom USB-sladden vilket gör att man slipper extra sladdar och nätaggregat.
Enheten är utrustad med så kallad Buffer Under-run Prevention vilket gör det möjligt att arbeta vidare som vanligt på datorn även under tiden man bränner en CD eller DVD-skiva utan risk för skrivfel. Mjukvara från CyberLink för enkel bränning av såväl CD som DVD kommer med i paketet.
- I takt med att marknaden för ultraportabla bärbara, särskilt inom netbook-segmentet, växer sig starkare ökar behoven av externa DVD-enheter. För att komplettera de små datorerna är det viktigt att enheterna har låg vikt, är snygga och inte kräver egen strömkälla. Buffalo Portable DVD MultiDrive finns tillgänglig på marknaden under maj månad i vitt och svart. Rekommenderade kundpris ligger på 799 kronor inklusive moms.
