The Buffalo WebAccess i and WebAccess i HD Apps serve to optimize your media, rendering its content for proper display on the smaller screen of your mobile device.

With iPhone Web Access, your iPhone will have direct access to your Buffalo NAS and its stored contents. The Buffalo NAS will automatically resize your photo files into thumbnails for fast and seamless streaming into your iPhone or iPad.

Sharing photos with your friends has never been so simple. WebAccess integrates a digital photo viewer that fits images of any resolution to your screen, making it fast and easy to browse through multiple images with just a click of the mouse.

Upload Files to Your Buffalo NAS from Anywhere

In addition to downloading and viewing content, Buffalo WebAccess also supports file uploads from any standard Web browser; easily share files with friends and family and vice versa from anywhere. Best of all, you are not limited by your email server or service anymore, which may impose restrictions on file size or content type.

What About Security?

You Set The Security Levels

You can decide to restrict or allow access to certain folders and files. The Buffalo WebAccess allows you to either make all files and folders or select portions of your Buffalo NAS device accessible from the Internet. The WebAccess server can be configured to allow restricted access to any files or folders.

You Regulate User Access

Folders can be set up to allow anonymous access while other directories require usernames and passwords for access. You can also mark folders as read-only or they can be configured to allow users to rename, delete and even upload files.

Your Data Is Safe With HTTPS 128-bit

Access to the Buffalo WebAccess service is available over HTTPS 128-bit secured connections. This is the same technology web sites use when you provide your credit card information.

Nobody Has Access To Your Data Except You

Neither does BuffaloNAS.com nor Buffalo Technology have any access to your data. WebAccess is only used to initiate a peer-to-peer connection between the remote user and your private NAS device.
