Offering high capacity storage options and fast working applications, the TeraStation III is available in either 2TB, 4TB, 6TB and 8TB capacities and features hot swap functionality and RAID redundancy. This addition to Buffalo’s portfolio of network attached storage devices will benefit businesses looking to maximise efficiency, reduce downtime and securely manage critical data.

The hot swap feature automatically powers down the drive in the unlikely event of failure, allowing the faulty drive to be safely removed and replaced without the loss of any data or the impact of downtime.
Ensuring that data remains safe at all times, the TeraStation III ships fully populated with all four hard drives thus permitting redundancy levels of RAID 0, 1, 5 or RAID 10 as standard. For businesses looking for ultra reliability, the Real Time replication function allows for the immediate and fast recovery of data with the connection of a second TeraStation III to give a resilient solution.

A controlled fan with a thermal sensor and a high cooling capacity chassis also reduces noise, making it perfect for the small business environment.
