Hot Swap protection against data loss
With Hot Swap functionality, the TeraStation™ Duo will automatically power down the faulty drive and allow it to be safely removed and replaced with a new drive, without causing any downtime or data loss.
Data backup with replication
The backup replication function allows a second TeraStation™ Duo to be connected via a LAN port and for data to be replicated, enabling it to become a spare drive. Having a spare or mirrored unit improves reliability, fault tolerance and accessibility, and promotes quick recovery from any hard drive failure.
High-speed data transfer
TeraStation™ Duo boasts vastly improved CPU speed and supports faster data transfer rates of up to 69MB per second.
Remote Web Access
Remotely access the TeraStation™ Duo from anywhere, either via a PC, Mac or iPhone, or over the Internet with Buffalo’s unique Web Access technology.
